Introduction
The global order led by the United Nations Organization (UNO) is meant to be a family of nations where each nation’s territorial integrity is respected and honoured. Article 2 Chapter 1 of the UN Charter state that the “Organization is based on the principle of sovereign equality of all its Members”.
