Introduction
The research process using all the above-mentioned research took 10 days. Interviews were conducted with 12 persons, observations took place in 3 hotels and questionnaires were filled out by 42 persons (30 customers and 12 managers). For the documentary analysis documents provided by the staff of 3 hotels have been used, where the observations took place.
