Abstract
This study intended to examine the relationship between sleep, mood, and anxiety. In particular, this study sought to find out if depression symptoms are negatively correlated with sleep disturbance. The study involved 231 University students who filled a PSQI and DASS questionnaire which was statistically analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results of the study showed that only 12% had a good sleep during the study. More respondent who reported sleep disturbance also were found to be depressed.
