Abstract
The innocence project policy aims at ensuring that the people in the United States are not convicted for crimes they did not commit (Manning, 2003). The instances where the innocent or convicted wrongly then they find ways in which the evidence is rechecked in order to look at whether the DNA evidence proves that the suspect committed the crimes they have been convicted of in prisons.
