Introduction
Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) is a non- profit organization which for the past decades has had problems in its evaluation on the way the cost are being evaluated and appropriated to patients. The system that was being employed in the hospital was insinuated to be ineffective in the sense that it did not put into consideration all the necessary measures that are required before allocating costs.
