Introduction
Homeland Security is of prime importance in the United States of America. On 23 January, 2002, during the second session of the one hundred seventh congress of America, an act to establish the Department of Homeland security was held. Valuing Homeland Security by all citizens is due process rights and in direct observation of the American constitution and the preamble.
