Older workers keep organizations to have their workforces at full strengths, but there are also other groups who can keep the workforce at strength. The middle-aged workers are also important and are influential probably because of numerous responsibilities. Such middle-aged employees work hard, and they register more speed in their production even more that older workers. They give better judgment and experience with valid memories, and they face fewer accidents during work.
