Abstract.
It seemed time or money could not help to company Driscoll. Company had insufficient funds to hire the company’s top ex-professional, Alessandra, and no time to create the coalescent team which loves work and is ready to follow the leader. As a result, the team ‘leader’ Kristen felt guilty, and the ‘manager’ Tim didn’t know how to answer the simple questions, sooner they reversed their roles. Still, Tim had the opportunity to improve by acting as a leader to complete the project on time.
