Abstract
This proposal examines the possibility of using Lego Serious Play (LSP) as an aid to enhancing career development training programmes. To this end, the proposal evaluates and examines the means through which the Taiwanese educational system can be enhanced and enriched by this. The paper identifies that the best way of doing this is to utilise a case study to examine two scenarios to identify the importance and criticality of using LSP to promote teaching and learning experience in career development.
