Abstract
Myanmar (Burma) is blessed with a vast variety of renewable and non-renewable resources. Among these resources is the forest resource which is a vital resource for the country due to its support of livelihoods and economic growth. The country is home to the world’s best quality teak which has proven a valuable commodity all over the world.
