Abstract
The essay looks at the social problem of racism in society. Racial and ethnic minorities are seen a poorer quality of health care as compared to the White non-minorities. Although the sources of these disparities are complex, they are rooted in historic inequities. Racism in health care industry involves many participants and at different levels, such as the healthcare systems, healthcare professionals, and the patients.
