LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE REPORT: FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE
1. Introduction The present report is based on the writer's field experience as a volunteer of the church (Preach The word Evangelical Church). The report is basically based on the structure of the church as an organization, SWOT analysis, leadership challenges and an overall learning that occurred during the 6 week volunteering in the above mentioned church.
