Introduction
Deaf blindness is a rare disability among children. However, the various conditions that cause multi-sensory impairments are vast. Deaf blindness has an impact on development which is a combination of visual and hearing impairment (Murdoch, 2004). This disability is unique and causes severe disadvantage in development especially due to the information access from the social, emotional, and communication development.
