Jung Typology Score ENJT
The Jung typology score is humane metric that explains different personality type. Today, most recruiters use different types of humane metric in their selection process. Some use it to know which candidates would fit into a position in question especially when they consider hiring two or more candidates for similar positions within the same departments. The Jung Typology Score yields 16 different combinations (personality types) in four dichotomies and each personality type can be assigned a four letter acronym of corresponding combination of preferences.
