Abstract
This study focuses on the issue of diabetes among the people of Asian origin. It begins by describing diabetes as a recent pandemic that has imposed a significant burden on diabetic patients and healthcare providers. Diabetes is primarily a metabolic disorder that elevates the level of blood sugar and, hence, causes various complications, including death. The disease is common in Asian communities due to genetic factors, diet, and lifestyle trends.
