Bullying at is a substantially prevalent dynamic in the workplace. Statistics indicate that fourteen percent of U.K employees have at one time experienced bullying at work either as the victims or witnesses of the abuse. Bullying at work refers to a tendency by some seniors in the workplace to extend persistent and unreasonable aggressive behavior to their subordinates.
