Introduction
It has been suggested that higher education rates for a country is a critical success factor in fostering the economic growth of a particular country. Empirical evaluations confer that demand for education depends on the human labor requirements for a country. In addition, recent studies report that countries that have high education enrolment rates have reported high economic growth in comparison to countries that have fewer rates of education enrolments (Gérin-Lajoie, 2008).
