Determination of hypothesis
Apparently, the most important hypothesis among the three generated assumptions is the one concerned with security. The exact hypothesis is: The U.S. immigration reform policy circa 2001 to present has not improved the security situation. Apparently, the most prominent concern of the U.S government, when designing such legislation as that relating to immigration, is security.
