Nearly 30% of adults are either overweight and obese adults(Statistics, 2014) Researchers posit that obesity is typically due to sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy eating both of which are influenced by socioeconomic climate(Vamosi, Heitmann, & Kyvik, 2010).
