Chi-square
The chi-square test is used to compare the theoretical and observed frequencies. The chi-square distribution is not symmetrical, as normal or t-distribution. The mean and standard deviation can be calculated for the normal, t-, and Poisson distribution. However, there is no need for these parameters in chi-square distribution. The significance levels are applied the same way as in other distributions. However, for chi-squared tests only one-tailed tests are applicable.
