Introduction
In a landmark case, the judges concluded that for the success of a modern liberal nation, there must be a constitutional protection that ensures that the constitution promotes free expression “by establishing a marketable right to the use of one's expression, copyright supplies and the economic incentive to create and disseminate ideas”.
