Abstract
Discrimination at the work place as a result of sex orientation is a common occurrence in virtually all countries. Hiring, promotion and employee identification are in most cases biased on one’s sexual orientation making homosexuality and same-sex marriages an important issue with regards to employment today. Homosexuality and same-sex marriage, however, do not have a rich history as there is avowedly very little about them in the past.
