Abstract
As the business world becomes more and more entrenched in globalization there are complementary challenges that define companies’ operations. One major challenge for the human resources departments in the current business environment is the employee turnover. Working with organizations from developing nations that provide non – core functions constitutes an advantage for organizations form developed regions, as they have the opportunity to save financial resources, while paying workers with lower financial demands.
