Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether social support can moderate the relationship between acculturative stress and alcohol abuse among international college students. Cluster random sampling will be used to select the institutions from which the sample will be drawn, and stratified random sampling will be used to recruit male international students between the ages of 18 and 24 years, currently residing and studying in the state of California.
