a. Johari Window – This activity encouraged me to think about myself in positive terms only and allowed me to review who I am without fear of sounding arrogant. I chose the words brave, friendly, happy and caring to describe me in terms of words that will be known to others as I regularly show these qualities to my loved ones and peers.
