FINANCIAL APPRAISAL Financial appraisal is a method by which we can evaluate the viability of a project. It helps us in doing so by assessing the value of net cash flows that are the result of the project’s implementation. A financial appraisal shows investment decisions from the view of organizations that undertake the investment.
