Introduction
The United States Constitution was framed without a Bill of Rights, and subsequent amendments came to be parts of the Bill of Rights, although this was framed amid the lack of confidence of an oppressive regime. The fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments provided rules to safeguard individual liberty.
