Abstract Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder that is associated with serious kind of traumatic events and can result in the development of suicidal thoughts. The problem of PTSD can develop in any person, but veterans have more chances of getting this disorder. Moreover, veterans may require more effective ways of treating the disorder as cognitive behavioral therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction are unable to give required results.
