Introduction This report was prepared as a review of the likely resource consents needed for a proposed project to build a quarry in the Nelson Region of New Zealand. (See appendix-figure 1) Issues reviewed include explaining the necessary contacts, the expected environmental impacts and some possible ways to mitigate environmental problems.
