INTRODUCTION
Ovarian cancer has a prevalence rate of around 3% among all the cancers seen in women all over the world. Most of the ovarian tumors are non malignant or non cancerous. The tumors which are cancerous or have low malignant potential can prove to be life threatening due their spread to various sites within the body.
