Introduction
Nuclear terrorism means using, or the danger of using weapons that are radiological or nuclear in nature to commit terrorism acts. Currently, there are 5 known groups that may have the capacity to acquire and engage such weapons including Taliban, Separatists in North Caucasus, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda and Lashkar-e-Tayyib (Harvard Kennedy School, 2010).
