The target population of this research study is comprised of patients who suffer from Chronic Heart Failure (HF). This identification is based on the lack of adoption of ambulation among patients by health institutions for fear of causing adverse consequences for critical patients recovering from HF.

The inclusion criteria of the study was the admission of patients suffering from Chronic Heart Failure whereas the exclusion criteria was the patient’s fear or allergic reaction to dogs.
