Introduction
Radiology is a medical specialty that uses imaging techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Commonly used radiological techniques include X-ray radiography, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
