Introduction
President George W. Bush signed the USA Patriotic Act into law following the September 11 attacks. It was designed so as to improve the anti-terrorism investigations by the federal authorities. Among the primary purposes of this act is to improve the law enforcement investigation tools and prevent as well as punish the acts of terrorism in the country and other parts of the world.
