Abstract
Conflicts are a part and parcel of our existence. It does not even require a second person to be in conflict with. We can have a conflict with our selves over goals, setbacks, aspirations etc. However, in organizations, a conflict can be energy sapping and un- productive, taking away a lot of valuable resolving time. Certain conflicts in a brain storming session can also be productive giving the debating members a lot of insight.
