Abstract
This study tends to analyze the article mostly with respect to organizational climate. The article talks in favor of strategic human resource management approach which is the modern approach of human resource. This study gives the brief scenario of the condition of human resource management in current practice and its sensitivity which is followed by the brief background of the article.
