Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are closely linked to each other, but they differ from each other. Job satisfaction refers to the affective attachment of oneself to the job viewed either in its entirely i.e. global satisfaction or with respect to specific aspect like facet satisfaction (e.g. employee’s perspective of quality of supervision).
