Ten McDonalds’ employees in Reedsburg, Wisconsin repeatedly reported sexual harassment in the work place. The complaints were continuously looked over and ignored causing an escalation of the situation. The escalation in turn caused increased hostility in the work place resulting in one of the harassed employees to quit. The complaints were addressed in a way that resulted in retaliation in the form of unfair firing of employees who repeatedly reported the harassment.
