Abstract
Women and veterans have long been ignored as far as combat is concerned. Health issues associated with women could easily be controlled, if the issue of women and combat was carefully legislated. However, recent changes in the United States military organization have stressed that women should be given equal opportunities to participate in combat as men. Therefore, this research paper aims at analyzing various constraints to organizational behavior that led to such legislation.
