Background
Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is a well-known restaurant chain in the U.S. that was founded in 1982 by Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery (Whitfield, 2012). Located in 47 US states, BWW has more than 800 outlets, more than half of which are franchising (Stern, 2012). In 2010 the company opened its subsidiary in Canada.
