Introduction
Wellness and health are terms which many terms are used interchangeably; health can be described as a quality of life where spiritual, social, emotional, biological, mental fitness which arises as a result of environmental factors (Donatelle, 2010). Wellness is used to explain the degree of health in each level of health. The ‘Wellness Continuum’ is a scale where there are both positive and negative indicators of health are present; it is recommended that one moves progressively higher on the wellness indicators (Donatelle, 2010).
