In this presentation, my objective was to effectively communicate what I know about customer relationship management (CRM) in the context of small business marketing. I started by defining the meaning of CRM. CRM is concerned with the management of the relationship with customers and not stakeholders. The presentation was about communicating various issues involved in the management of customers in the business marketing.
