Application of the Nursing Process
Part 1 Nursing process is a systematic, organised, and holistic patient-centred approach in delivering care to patients. The nursing process has five steps that include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The second step in the nursing process is diagnosis.
