Introduction
Drunk driving is still a major problem in several parts of the world. Even though most of the countries penalize offenders by having their car license suspended, the accident rate is not decreasing significantly (Wald, 2006). This is because even if a person’s license is suspended, he can still be able to drive a car as long as he will not be apprehended by the authorities.
