Human Resource (HR) recruiters have the ability to select applicants from a multitude of sources. The most common methods are advertisements, company job boards, online job boards, and social media sites. However, to be successful in recruiting the most qualified applicants, the HR recruiter needs to keep up with changing technology and trends.
