Purpose of the research
This research is to be carried out on The Shams Store. It will be a study on employee welfare application within the store. The purpose of this research is to find out different ways that can make life easy for employees within the workplace. This study will help in knowing what workers need in order to feel valued at the store hence improving their productivity.
