Abstract:
Strikes are one of the ways in which conflicts between employers and employees become known. Although they are rare, the effects of strikes are usually major and can affect the involved parties and public for a long time. Usually, strikes are usually a last resort measure when trying to solve conflicts and are considered the most damaging to employers.
