Abstract
Hitler came to power in the post-war Germany bent under the load of contributions. By means of propaganda and well-defined plan to restructure the economy and direct all resources towards military state economy, Hitler was able to quickly and efficiently restore the living conditions to the level that preceded the Great Depression decline.
