Example of what are the characteristics of a good student essay

Being a good student is usually a difficult and complex task and all people have their own perception of the qualities a person has to possess to succeed in it. There are many important characteristics, but all of them have different priorities for people and below I want to present my view of the most important of them for a successful student.
First of all, students have to be diligent to show the highest scores in the process of studying. If you are diligent, you will complete all the tasks in such a way that they will be practically perfect and that you will learn a lot upon their completion. It is very important, as it is the basis of education – to discover something new, practice it and remember.
Second, students should be enthusiastic about what they learn. Without enthusiasm and interest in what they do, it will be very difficult for them to force themselves to learn something. In such a situation people often get distracted and miss important details. As for me, it is extremely important to feel enthusiastic not only when studying, but when working in future.
Third, students should be always attentive and concentrated. Without such qualities it is impossible to discover and remember the material presented at classes. Students who are not attentive usually waste a lot of time redoing tasks, as often they miss the most important instructions. Thus, being attentive not only helps to find out more interesting information, but also saves time.
The last characteristic I am going to describe is punctuality. I believe that it is very important for students to complete their tasks on time. In order to do it, they should learn how to manage their time effectively from the very beginning of studying. It is not easy to master this quality at once, but it is definitely worth all the efforts, as it helps to avoid a great number of problems in future.
Thus, it is evident that becoming a good student is not easy, but can turn into interesting challenge if a person has a goal to achieve a lot in life. Without these characteristics it is not possible to manage time properly and become successful in professional path.
